As of yesterday, I have imposed a detox/body-cleansing strategy upon myself. The goal is: a week without cigarettes, alcohol, meat, carbonated beverages, sugar, and (gulp) bread. Fruits, veggies, water, and exercise will be emphasized. Today is Day 2 and I'm feeling confident and strong!
It's another beautiful day in San Diego, making me wish I could post up beachside in one of these gorgeous retro campers. Swoon.
