As much as prohibition would have sucked, I would have loved to live in the 1920's just to wear these dresses:

Second-hand love
So Contempo Casual. No, but really.
Found this floral sheet at Amvets still in its original packaging! What will it become?
Yes, I found Doc Martens at Goodwill. Unfortunately, they are not my size. Not good for me, but [possibly] good for you as they will be up for sale soon!
The beginning of my suitcase collection.

Dream Homes
Last weekend, we drove up the 101 to do some antique shopping. Apparently, we didn't get the memo that downtown Carlsbad inexplicably turns into a ghost-town on Sundays, so we pretty much drove back down as soon as we got there. Even though we left empty-handed, we did drive by this beautiful home:
It was love at first sight. I mean, check out that whale weathervane. The best part about the house (aside from said weathervane) is that it's located right across the street from the Pacific Ocean. Yep.

Lex Nautical romper
Hope you all are having a pleasant Sunday. Tonight, the boy and I are going to see Local Natives at the Belly Up. We missed them at Coachella so I'm very, very excited!

Circle Game
I have been in denial the past couple of weeks, but I'm finally coming to terms with the fact that fall is in the air. For the first time in sixteen years, I don't have to go back to school. It is a strange feeling. One thing I will certainly miss about being a student is going shopping for school supplies. Something about stocking up on fresh binders, filler paper, and ballpoint pens has always made me a little happier inside.
Those days are gone. It is finally hitting me that I am not a student anymore. In fact, I even have a job now! That's right... you heard me. I'm working at a small cafe/bakery 3 days a week. For the remainder of the week, I focus on music, jewelry making, and of course, Lazybones.
Since it is my day off tomorrow, I am going to take a "me" day. That means a morning thrifting excursion, a manicure and pedicure, a carwash, and perhaps a new youtube video (it's been awhile).
